Abstract: To the editor:Pulmonary hamartoma is one of the most common benign tumour-like lesions of the lung with the characteristic radiograph appearance of a well-defined,solitary,smooth or slightly lobulated,peripheral pulmonary nodule with the presence of popcorn-like calcification.We report a case of multiple pulmonary hamartomas in a patient with unusual radiology performance.
