Abstract： @@ Blood cyst is a rare primary cardiac tumor usually affecting the cardiac valves. Associated with severe occlusion-related complications, it is generally removed surgically. With a brief review of the literature, we present a case of pedunculated tumor in the left ventricular outflow tract identified by echocardiography.
