Abstract: @@ Torsion of the greater omentum is a rare condition of acute abdomen. About 300 cases were reported after the first description by Eitel in 1899.1 Primary omental torsion may occur in any age and only 15% in children.2 In this article, an additional case of primary omental torsion with necrosis was presented.
