Abstract： @@ Madelung1 reported 33 patients with cervical lipomatosis and Launois and Bensaude2 as the presence of multiple symmetrical unencapsulated fat accumulations diffusely involving the cervical and upper dorsal regions, abdomen and groin. We present the ultrasound (US) and computed tomographic (CT) findings in two Chinese patients.
