Abstract: Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of the combined procedure of atrial fibrillation catheter ablation and left atrial appendage closure(LAAC)one-stop procedure under the guide of intracardiac echocardiography(ICE).Methods:This study was a retrospective study, a total of 58 patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation who underwent radiofrequency catheter ablation and LAAC one-stop surgery in the department of Cardiology, General Hospital of Northern Theater Command from December 2020 to August 2022 were selected. There were 34 males and 24 females, aged(64.3±8.3)years old, ranging from 41 to 80 years old.Special atrial septal anatomy, atrial septal puncture time, success rate of atrial septal puncture, success rate of one-stop surgery, perioperative adverse events and follow-up results were recorded. Results:There were 26 cases of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and 32 cases of persistent atrial fibrillation. The puncture time of atrial septum was(708±179)s, intraoperative fluoroscopy time was(25.6±8.9)min, and intraoperative X-ray exposure was(537±394)mGy.The success rate of atrial septal puncture was 100%(58/58), the success rate of pulmonary vein electrical isolation was 100%(58/58), and the satisfactory occlusion rate of ear was 98.3%(57/58).Conclusions:ICE-guided catheter ablation and LAAC one-stop surgery are feasible, effective and safe.
