Abstract： Objective To investigate the effects of compound yew capsule + cisplatin( GC chem-otherapy regimen)on serum levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R)and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and quality of life in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCC). Methods A retrospective study was performed on 72 cases of patients with advanced NSCC who were admitted from Jan-uary to December 2016. According to different treatment plans,patients were divided into the observation group and the normal group. Patients in the normal group were treated with GC chemotherapy,the others in the observation group were given compound yew capsule on the basis of the treatment of the normal group. The clinical efficacy,serum SIL-2R,IGF-1 levels and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The incidence of adverse reactions such as myelosuppression and diges-tive tract reaction rate in the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The clinical efficacy of the ob-servation group was more significant than that of the normal group,and the disease control rate(94. 4％)was higher than(69. 4％)of the normal group(P<0. 05). There was insignificant difference in serum SIL-2R and IGF-1 levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0. 05). There was no significant difference in serum SIL-2R and IGF-1 levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0. 05). After treatment,serum SIL-2R and IGF-1 levels were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0. 05),and the levels in the observation group was lower than those of the normal group(P<0. 05). Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in quality of life function score between the two groups(P>0. 05). After treatment,the quality of life function score in the observation group was higher than that in the normal group (P<0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as bone marrow suppression,digestive tract reaction,liver and kidney dysfunction between the two groups( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusion Compound yew capsule combined with GC chemotherapy regimen has significant effect in the treatment of NSCC,and it can effectively improve the level of serum SIL-2R,IGF-1 and the quality life of patients,which has a certain security.
