Abstract： Objective To evaluate the value of 3d reconstruction in liver cancer resection.Methods This study involved 36 liver cancer patients.According to three-dimensional reconstruction,detected the orientation relationship between tumor location,delimited the surgical excision line and calculation of liver volume.Sugical operation was the same with the plan assisted with preoperative three-dimensional reconstruction.Results 31 of 36 patients accepted the surgery.7 patients appeared complication.7 patients recurred.Postoperative suvival rate of 1 year was 100%.5 patients who no accepted surgery all died in one year.Conclusion The three-dimensional reconstruction technique can clearly show the internal structure of the liver,that can help doctors to formulate precise operation plan and preoperative evaluation,so as to achieve the accurate removal of liver tumor.
