Abstract: ObjectiveA propective study to approach the effect of the continuous venous vell-hemafiltration in theraping deep burned patients.MethodsFrom October 2010 to April 2014,30 cases due to various reasons in severe burn patients were treated with the continuous venous vell-hemafiltration in the Affiliated Hospital of Logistics University of Chinese People's Armed Police Forces. Before and after treatment at different time points of monitoring temperature, heart rate, mean arterial pressure (MAP), breathing life signs, peripheral blood detection of cytokines, electrolyte, renal function.ResultsTo improve the patient body temperature, heart rate, and respiration of MAP after CVVH treatment, peripheral blood tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF- alpha), interleukin -6 (IL-6) and interleukin -8 (IL-8) concentration decreased, Na+, K+, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (SCr) value decreased, the difference was significant statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionContinuous venous vell-hemafiltration is a ideal treatment for deep burned patients.
