Abstract: Objective To study the different strength of high intensity focused ultrasound in treatment of advancedpancreatic cancer effect. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2007 March to 2013 March in 67 cases of advanced pancreatic cancer patients in our treatment center the simple application of FEP-BY02 type high-intensity focused ultrasound therapy, quality of life, the analgesic effect of high intensity focused ultrasound thermal intensityobserved by different intensity of. Results High intensity focused ultrasound thermal strength after 100~300 W treatment one week, one month, there months of pain relief rate was 58.1%, 47.3%, 36.8%, quality of life improved;thehigh intensity focused ultrasound thermal strength after 300~500 W treatment one week, one month, there months ofpain relief rate was 65.5%, 72.4%, 44.8%quality of life was improved;take, high intensity focused ultrasound thermalstrength after 500~600 W treatment one week, one month, there months of pain relief rate was 68.4%, 73.3%, 42.2%, quality of life is improved obviously. The intensity of therapy for 500~600 W appearance of 8 cases of incident at the skinblisters and 9 cases of punctate carbonization. Conclusion For the patients with advanced pancreatic cancer, in theapplication of high-intensity focused ultrasound thermaldose of 400~500 W treatment can relieve pain, improve life quality effect. High intensity focused ultrasound thermaldose of 500~600 W compared with 400~500 W treatment had no significant difference.
