Abstract: Objective Discuss the clinical value of serum homocysteine (HCY) and highsensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease (CVD).Methods Through the clinical test, the serum HCY concentration and hs-CRP concentration of 210 cases of CVD patients and 190 cases of healthy peoples were tested and compared. Results For serum HCY,the CVD patient group (experimental group) concentrate mainly on the range of 10-20 μ mol/L,and healthy group (control group) concentrate mainly on the range of 0-5 μ mol/L,for serum hs-CRP,the concentration of the experimental group concentrate mainly on the range of 2-15 mg/L,while the concentration of the control group concentrate mainly on the range of 0-8 mg/L,the average concentration of experimental group HCY is 19.6 μ mol/L,significantly higher than 9.4 μ mol/L of control group;the average concentration of experimental group hs-CRP is 8.4 mg/L,significantly higher than 1.3 mg/L of control group, there is a high degree of consistency in serum HCY and hs-CRP of two groups, and the central tendency of the data is more obvious. Conclusion Through comprehensive monitoring of serum HCY and hs-CRP concentration,it has important clinical value for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
