Abstract： Objective To investigate the interaction of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction(ACI) and serum lipid levels.Methods The levels of serum lipid of ACI and control groups were determined.Results The triglyceride levels of ACI were significantly higher compared to those of the controls (t=2.230,P＜0.05 ).Conclusion The abnormal metabolism of lipids is closely related to ACI.
