Abstract： Objective Online clearance monitoring explore different hemoglobin level of maintenance hemodialysis patients the effects of urea clearance rate.Methods 29 cases of patients will be randomized according to hemoglobin level divided into two groups,A group:Hb:100～130 g/L B group:Hb:50～99 g/L The use of online urea clearance rate monitor(OCM) observate the changes of area clearance rate(KT/V).Results A group:KT/V:1.22±0.8 Bgroup:KT/V:1.54 ±1.0 Between the two groups were significantly different(P＜0.05).Conclusion For maintenance hemodialysis patients,High levels of hemoglobin,the value of KT/V is lower;Low levels of hemoglobin,the value of KT/V is higher.
