Abstract： Objective To disscuss the clinical feature of nonspecific interstitial pneumonia(NSIP) by treatment experiences of 19 cases with NSIP. Methods The clinical situation,diagnose and therapy course and prognosis 19 patients with NSIP were reviewed. Results The major respiratory symptoms of 19 NSIP patients had cough, expectoration, dyspnea and bruit de craquement; and other major symptoms had weight loss and hyp-odynamia. They all have such images like frosted glass in high resolution CT. And pulmonary function test showes the restriction ventilation dysfunction and various degrees of diffusion dysfunction. Meanwhile, Patients get to be better after be treated by glucocorticoid. Conclusion We can confirm the diagnosis of NSIP after getting the material of clinical exosyndrome, HRCT and lung biopsy results, then we should use glucocorticoid reasonable to raise the therapeutic effectiveness based on patients' own situation.
