Abstract： 目的 评价宫腔镜检查在不规则阴道出血原因诊断中的价值.方法 收集自2004年7月至2006年7月因不规则阴道出血行宫腔镜检查病人114例,并以术前经阴道B超及术后病理结果为对照.结果 不规则阴道出血病人114例,术前阴道B超发现异常68例,敏感性59.65%.宫腔镜检查异常102例,敏感性89.47%.结论 宫腔镜检查是目前检查不规则阴道出血原因最敏感方法之一.
