Abstract: Objective:To select and obtain the relevant clinical evidence of enteral nutrition in patients with severe acute pancreatitis, and summarize the best evidence to provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods:Based on the evidence-based nursing approach, the evidence markers for the management of enteral nutrition in patients with severe acute pancreatitis were proposed. According to the "6S" model of evidence hierarchy, the literature evaluation criteria of Australia JBI evidenced based nursing center and FAME structure (2019 version)were used to judge the literature quality and the evidence category was determined. Results:By integrating the judgments of the experts, 22 pieces of evidence supporting enteral nutrition for patients with severe acute pancreatitis were summarized, including 7 aspects of enteral nutrition management, pre-catheterization evaluation, catheter selection, postcatheterization position, nutrition preparation selection, energy calculation and infusion method. Among them, monitoring gastric residual amount for 6 h, low perfusion rate (10 ml/h), semi-recumbent position and continuous infusion were in the priority levels. Conclusions:This study summarized the current optimal nursing evidence on enteral nutrition support for severe acute pancreatitis, providing evidence-based basis for standardizing the nursing behavior of ICU nurses in enteral nutrition support, ensuring the safety of enteral nutrition support and improving the tolerance of the patients.
