Abstract：炎症性疾病是由异常的免疫反应引起的，其特征是炎症介质和细胞的失衡。目前的抗炎治疗仍有所限制，抗炎治疗仍是一大热点。瞬时受体电位锚蛋白1（TRPA1）是通道TRP超家族的成员，其被激活导致炎症反应。已有多项研究表明，TRPA1参与慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管哮喘、结肠炎、动脉粥样硬化、皮肤神经性炎症、胰腺炎等疾病的炎症调控。但目前缺乏对于TRPA1在各系统炎症性疾病中的作用作一总结，本综述系统地描述了TRPA1对炎症性疾病的治疗潜力，并讨论了其可能的机制，为以TRPA1为靶点的药物的开发与应用提供新方向。
