Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Parecoxib sodium plus Ginkgo leaf extract and Dipyridamole injection in the treatment of sepsis. The study found that, compared with baseline, the levels of CRP, PCT, and IL-6 in the treatment group and the control group were significantly lowered at 7 days after treatment, and the reduction in these indicators was more significant in the treatment group than that in the control group ( P<0.05) . The survival rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group. In summary, Parecoxib sodium plus Ginkgo leaf extract and Dipyridamole injection as a treatment of sepsis can ameliorate inflammatory response, improve microcirculation and renal function in the patients.
