Abstract: The purpose of this study was to retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 78 patients with pancreatic cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital. The differences in therapeutic efficacy, tumor recurrence and metastasis between two propensity score matched groups were compared. Based on propensity score matching, the study found that minimally invasive laparoscopy resulted in more favorable performance in intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative blood transfusion, hospital stay and perioperative safety, compared with open laparotomy.
