Abstract: Objective To design and develop a decision-making system for purchasing and introducing large-scale medical equipment.Methods The conditions in terms of social marketing environment and the hospital were analyzed and discussed to establish a comprehensive evaluation system.The mathematical model was built using fuzzy theory,and the decision-making system for purchasing equipment was explored in Windows.Results The difficulty that decision-makers used to have was solved based on quantification of qualitative problems while purchasing large-scale medical equipments.Conclusion The science,simplicity and operability of decision-making system for purchasing large-scale medical equipments are worthwhile to guide practice,as is reflected by application of cases.
