Abstract: 实验在34只氨基甲酸乙酯麻醉、断双侧颈迷走神经、肌松、人工通气的家兔上进行.单侧和双侧B(o)tzinger复合体(B(o)t.C)内微量注射抑制性神经递质甘氨酸及其受体阻断剂士的宁,观察膈神经放电的变化.结果如下:(1)单侧注射甘氨酸使呼吸频率增加,呼气相膈神经出现放电活动;(2)双侧B(o)t.C注射甘氨酸后呼气相消失,膈神经呈无节律紧张性放电,幅度为前对照吸气放电幅度的40%~70%.士的宁能竞争性阻断甘氨酸的效应;(3)双侧B(o)t.C注射士的宁后,呼吸频率减慢,呼气时程延长,膈神经放电幅度降低,吸气时程无明显变化.上述结果提示:B(o)t.C在呼气相的形成和维持中起关键作用.
