Abstract：术后恶心呕吐(postoperative nausea and vomiting,PONV)是指手术术后24 h内发生的恶心呕吐.PONV严重影响无痛消化道内镜术后恢复质量,本文针对无痛消化道内镜PONV研究进展予以综述,为提升无痛舒适麻醉医疗安全和服务质量提供临床指导依据.无痛消化道内镜PONV有独特的影响因素和特点,应在坚持全面评估的基础上,根据患者具体情况,明确高危因素,优化麻醉方案,积极采取合理选择麻醉药和镇痛药等手段,采取综合性的PON诊疗措施.
