Abstract：真核生物细胞中存在许多无膜液相区室.近年来研究发现,这些无膜区室是通过生物大分子如核酸、蛋白质凝聚发生“液-液”相分离(liquid-liquid phase separation,LLPS)后形成的.它参与基因表达调控和细胞信号转导等多个生理过程LLPS结构的失调与神经退行性疾病及肿瘤相关.本文就细胞中LLPS结构的形成、调控、功能及其与疾病的关系做一综述.
