Gastric duplication cyst with internal hemorrhage after trauma: A case report and literature review

Abstract： 背景 胃囊肿(gastric duplication cysts,GDCs)是一种特殊的消化道囊肿,多发于婴幼儿时期,囊肿壁与胃壁相似,主要含有胃黏膜和平滑肌组织.病例概述 本文报道1例GDCs囊内出血病例.本例患者外伤后突发腹部剧烈疼痛,结合其病史及相关检查术前曾误诊为肝囊肿囊内出血,术中探查发现囊肿基底部位于胃大弯侧.结论 GDCs临床症状不典型,易误诊,其术前诊断主要依据影像学检查,以手术治疗为主.
