Abstract：近年来,许多研究证实,乙酰化调控及细胞焦亡学说在肝衰竭(liver failure,LF)的发病机制中都发挥了重要作用.本文较系统地介绍了乙酰化调控及细胞焦亡相关信号通路在LF发生、发展过程中的作用及可能机制,为LF的治疗寻找新的潜在干预策略.
