Abstract： Hepatocellular adenoma (HCA) is a rare,slow growing,benign tumor in the liver,which often has a large volume and is discovered with hemorrhage and necrosis.HCA,frequently seen in young women,is often associated with the use of oral contraceptives.Here we present a case of hepatitis B with huge hepatic adenoma.
