Immune contexture and classification in human digestive malignant tumors: A novel way to evaluate tumors and impact on clinical outcome and therapy

Abstract：消化系恶性肿瘤目前已成为威胁人类健康最主要的因素之一.近年来,随着手术技术、放化疗策略的不断进步,患者的生存期得到了很大改善.但仍有部分患者无法从目前的治疗方案中获益.癌症诊治已逐步从单纯的组织病理分类时代进入到依靠分子生物学手段分型的精准治疗时代,随着对于肿瘤及其对机体影响的研究的深入,肿瘤免疫状态可能成为认识肿瘤,描述肿瘤,判断预后的新手段.免疫治疗也可能成为继手术,化疗,放疗之后,肿瘤治疗策略的第四大治疗方式.
