Liver cancer stem cells and new strategies for targeted therapy of hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract：大量研究表明,肝癌干细胞(liver cancer stem cells,LCSCs)在肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)的发生、发展、复发及转移过程中发挥重要作用.因此,深入研究LCSCs被认为是探索HCC侵袭转移原因,制定防治策略的一条新思路.现有的临床治疗措施包括化疗、放疗虽然对普通HCC细胞具有杀伤作用,但对LCSCs却不能发挥作用,手术切除HCC肿块后LCSCs仍然可以分化、增殖甚至迁移到别处产生转移瘤.因此,针对LCSCs的各种靶向治疗的探索是突破HCC治疗瓶颈的必由之路.针对LCSCs的生物学特性,靶向LCSCs的HCC治疗策略包括:抑制LCSCs增殖、诱导凋亡;诱导LCSCs分化,提高放化疗的敏感性;破坏LCSCs赖以生存的微环境等.
