Abstract：肝窦内皮细胞一氧化氮合酶、赖氨酸氧化酶-2表达减少、新生血管形成及病理性肝窦重建是肝硬化门脉高压的病理生理新机制,黑巧克力、咖啡及绿茶可改善肝窦内皮细胞功能障碍及抑制新生血管形成,可能是延缓、逆转肝硬化门脉高压及其并发症的新方法.
