Abstract：肝脏移植是治疗终末期肝病的唯一有效手段,肝移植后的排斥反应是移植器官失功能的主要因素之一, Kupffer细胞在肝移植中的免疫作用往往被忽视. 很多研究发现Kupffer细胞通过直接抗原提呈作用激活T细胞增殖, 加重移植排斥反应, 同时又通过FasL诱导T细胞凋亡, 诱导移植耐受. 本文就Kupffer细胞在肝移植中的免疫作用作一综述.
