Abstract：乳酸茵作为胃肠道的优势茵群,对于维护胃肠道微生态环境稳定有重要意义,而与宿主胃肠道上皮表面的黏附和定植是发挥这些作用的前提和基础.本文就乳酸杆菌黏附活性成分及其生物学特性,与肠上皮细胞的黏附机制及其影响因素的研究现状作一综述.
