Abstract: 肝硬化门脉高压患者多存在高动力循环状态,有报道血红素氧合酶(hemeoxygenase,HO)与内源性一氧化碳(carbon monoxide,CO)作为HO-CO系统在血管调节中发挥重要的生物学效应,与肝硬化门静脉高压(portal hypertension,PH)的持续存在、肝微循环变化以及高动力循环状态有着密切的关系.本文将从肝硬化PH的血液动力学改变、HO-CO系统的生物学活性和HO-CO系统与PH的血液动力学改变等三部分的研究进展作一综述.
