Abstract: IntroductionIn 1991,Anhalt et al.[1] finst described a rare form of atypical pemphigus that was associated with lymphoproliferative disease. In 1999,Zhu et al.[2] reported the first case of paraneoplastic pemphigus (PNP) in China and then demonstrated the mechanism by which reactive autoantibodies in PNP were produced by the cells of associated tumors.
