Abstract: Melanoma, one of the malignant tumors in dermatology, has high invasive and metastatic capability, mortality, and poor prognosis.Currently, its occurrence is considered to be related to several abnormal signaling pathways, but the definite pathogenesis remains unclear.Notch receptors and their ligands are involved in the occurrence and metastasis of melanoma by regulating tumor angiogenesis and changing the adhesiveness of tumor cells, and affect the fate of melanoma by interacting with cells in other signaling pathways related to tumorigenesis.
