Abstract: Fungal biofilms are an escalating clinical problem associated with mortality rates. In recent years,Aspergillus biofilm has attracted more and more attention from researchers. It has been evidenced that biofilms are associated with the invasive infection by Aspergillus.Biofilms may help Aspergillus to escape host immune response and make it difficult to eliminate Aspergillus and control Aspergillus infection. This paper describes the formation and structure of Aspergillus biofilm, factors influencing biofilm formation and mechanisms underlying the biofilm-induced antifungal resistance of Aspergillus.
