Abstract: 紫外线辐射诱导角质形成细胞凋亡,与多种皮肤病理过程关系密切,已引起人们关注.紫外线可通过诱导活性氧及细胞因子产生DNA损伤和基因表达改变等致角质形成细胞凋亡,此过程有多个信号转导途径参与,其中p53、CD95、Bcl-2、半胱天冬酶、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶介导的信号转导途径起重要作用.
