Effects of pervanadate on radiation-induced G2/M arrest and apoptosis in BET-2 cells

Abstract： 目的 观察酪氨酸磷酸酶(PTP)特异性抑制剂过钒酸钠(Per)对电离辐射诱导造血细胞周期阻滞及细胞凋亡的影响.方法 BET-2细胞经1,3,5,7,10 Gy 60Coγ射线照射,用流式细胞仪观察Per对电离辐射后细胞周期改变以及细胞凋亡的影响.结果 电离辐射后,BET-2细胞出现G2/M期阻滞以及细胞凋亡,具有一定的时间效应和剂量效应;而加入Per可进一步增加G2/M期阻滞,显著减少细胞凋亡.结论 过钒酸钠可进一步增加辐射诱导的细胞周期阻滞,减少细胞凋亡,为寻找治疗辐射损伤药物提供新的途径.
