Abstract： 家族性肾透明细胞癌主要包括遗传性癌综合征伴发的肾透明细胞癌和单纯家族聚集性肾透明细胞癌两类,其中遗传性癌综合征伴发的肾透明细胞癌有希佩尔-林道病(VHL)、胚系3号染色体易位的家系、结节性硬化综合征和Birt-Hogg-Dube综合征中的伴发肾癌,文章就家族性肾透明细胞癌的遗传学研究现状进行了概述.
