Abstract： 非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)术后辅助化疗出现于20世纪70年代,随着各种新药及新的联合化疗方案的出现,NSCLC的术后辅助化疗亦在不断地进展,越来越多的证据显示术后辅助化疗能提高NSCLC患者的生存期和生活质量,就NSCLC的术后辅助化疗现状进行了介绍并对其发展前景进行了展望.
