Expreimantal Study on the Level of the Cytokine Kelated Immuity Induced by Zadaxin in PBMNC

Abstract： 目的：研究日达仙体外诱导PBMNC中T淋巴细胞及其亚群和NK细胞水平以及免疫相关细胞因子的作用。方法：应用流式细胞仪检测PBMNC中T淋巴细胞及其亚群和NK细胞水平；ELASA酶联免疫法分析细胞因子(IFNγ、TNFα、IL-2、IL-6、IL-8、IL-12和IL-18)的水平。结果：PBMNC在不同的培养条件下，各组间T淋巴细胞及其亚群和NK细胞水平无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。日达仙组培养上清中IL-2、IL-8和IFNγ水平高于对照组，差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。日达仙加PHA组的IL-2、IL-12水平高于PHA组，差异有显著性(P＜0.05)；加SMMC组的IL-2、IL-12和TNFα水平亦高于SMMC-7721组，差异有显著性(P＜0.05)。结论：日达仙能显著地促进PBMNC合成与分泌多种免疫相关细胞分子。
