Abstract： This article analysis the present situation of less than 35 years of Sun Yat-sen university youth scientific and technological personnel,they declare、undertake to support basic research based science fundation related cases,discusses the science foundation for their assistance and training problems,put forward youth scientific talents to suit the science funds development requirements to promote their development proposals
