Abstract： critical incidents are significant for the management of hospitals,and it may even be critical to the survival and development of the hospital.This article introduces a series of practices adopted by the First People's Hospital of Changzhou conducted in cases of crisis,and discusses the strategies and measures in hospital crisis management.
