Abstract： In order to achieve a leap in hospital development,Wuxi People＇s Hospital creatively introduced the method of enterprise project management three years ago,and classified its key technologies into hospital-controlled technologies,emblematic technologies,two representative technologies in each department and suitable technologies as the advanced technologies in hospital.The process of project management involved application,novelty search,program design review and the examination of the academic committee.The approved technology projects and their responsibility requirements were notified to the head of the department.Then the projects will receive monthly check,quarterly examination,year-end evaluation and rewarding to guarantee these technologies will be developed in a timely manner.The project management of medical technologies develops a new model for the technology management in hospital,and successfully established a new platform for hospital technologies.
