Abstract： It is important to protect the subjects'right of informed consent in biomedicine research.In this study,we focused on discussing how to protect the subjects' right of informed consent,including the perspectives of leg principles,the obligations of the researchers,the functions of Institutional Review Board,and the self-protection of subjects.
