Abstract: 目的 探讨过氧化脂质(LPO)和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(RBC-SOD)活性在妊娠肝内胆汁瘀积症(ICP)病理生理变化中的作用.方法 分别用硫代巴比妥酸荧光测定法和邻苯三酚自氧法测定同期正常晚期妊娠妇女20例(对照组)及妊娠肝内胆汁瘀积症(ICP)患者40例(ICP组)的血浆及脐静脉血LPO和RBC-SOD活性.结果 (1)ICP组血浆LPO、RBC-SOD活性和LPO/RBC-SOD比值均明显高于对照组(分别为P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05).(2)ICP组脐静脉血LPO和LPO/RBC-SOD比值均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),RBC-SOD活性虽高于对照组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05).(3)ICP组平均孕周和新生儿体重明显短于和低于对照组(分别为P<0.05,P<0.01),ICP组羊水胎粪污染率明显高于对照组(P<0.01).(4)ICP组脐静脉血LPO和LPO/RBC-SOD比值均与新生儿体重呈明显负相关(分别为r=-0.683,P<0.01及r=-0.623,P<0.01).结论 ICP时胎儿胎盘内氧化与抗氧化平衡严重失调所致的胎盘损害,可能与胎儿宫内发育迟缓、早产和胎儿宫内窘迫等围产儿不良后果密切相关.
