Abstract: 目的 探讨光动力治疗对胶质瘤细胞表面侵袭性特异结构的影响.方法 应用细胞培养及原子力显微镜技术,对5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-ALA)作用前后U251胶质瘤细胞表面特异膜结构进行纳米尺度形态学对比研究.结果 胶质瘤细胞膜表面大量伪足结构和微绒毛结构经5-ALA治疗,由直径约400 nm微绒毛结构,呈指状突起,长度1 μm,改变为直径300 nm球状颗粒,指状突起消失.膜状伪足、丝状伪足消失.结论 经5-ALA介导的光动力治疗对胶质瘤细胞侵袭性具有显著的破坏作用.
