Abstract: 目的探讨胶质瘤表面特化结构对其侵袭性的影响.方法应用原子力显微镜,对U251胶质瘤细胞系进行观测.结果胶质瘤细胞表面有大量伪足结构和微绒毛结构.结论原子力显微镜是研究亚细胞超微结构的有力武器.胶质瘤的微绒毛和伪足结构与其侵袭性相关.
