Abstract： Objective To investigate technical of Endoscopic surgical treatment of intraspinal lesions.Methods 35 patients with intraspinal lesions,including tumors、tethered cord syndrome and syringomyelia,were reviewed. We made a 3 cm incision under the endoscopy for the surgical treatment.Results No complications was found.The immobilization was not needed.35 cases were followed - up 3 -53 months after operation,all the symptoms and signs were remarkably relieved. Among 12 patients with tumors,10 cases underwent total resection,2 cases underwent subtotal resection. Conclusion The endoscope -assisted intraspinal operation is a safe and effective surgical method to treat intraspinal lesions.
