Abstract： Objective To explore the feasibility and validity of the approach combine the nero interventional technique with hematoma puncture to treat the intracranial bleeding cerebral vascular disease.Method 26 cases were treated with the endovascular technique and hematoma puncture technique.20 of 26 cases were suffered from subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)with intracranial hematoma.others were sub cortex hematoma. Results All patients got a satisfaction result.The recessionary nerve function got different degree recovery.No re-bleeding and death occurred.Conclusions This approach is safe and feasible. A new optional approach will be provided for those who suffer from SAH with intracranial hematoma or with bleeding broke into ventricle. More patients will be treated by nero-interventional technique.
