Abstract: 目的 对猫脑挫裂伤周围半暗带的影像学及超微结构进行动态研究.方法 采用改良的Feeney法制作猫脑挫裂伤模型,伤后1h用超导3.0T磁共振扫描仪行磁共振扫描,观察挫裂伤周围影像学变化,并进行定位取材,行光镜和透射电镜检查.结果 MRI可见挫裂伤周围脑区呈低灌注表现,DWI上低灌注区明显小于PWI上低灌注区,超微结构可见神经元、星形细胞、血脑屏障不同程度的损伤,神经元凋亡现象,并与时间和空间呈相关性.结论 挫裂伤灶周围确实存在"创伤半暗带";其发生发展过程及临床诊治需进一步研究.
