Abstract： 目的探讨阻断血小板源生长因子B链表达对裸鼠移植脑膜瘤的影响.方法首先建立脑膜瘤裸鼠移植模型,观察转染PDGF B链反义寡核苷酸对移植瘤生长的影响.结果 PDGF B链反义寡核苷酸能够阻断裸鼠移植脑膜瘤表达 PDGF B链,导致细胞增殖活性减弱,细胞生长受到抑制.结论 PDGF B链可作为脑膜瘤基因治疗的靶点.
